First our Y2 and Y3 pupils worked on Maths investigations sent by our Finnish friends. It was fun and we enjoyed working together very much.
We liked the Figure Maths worksheet the most.
Silver and Joosep (Year 3) worked hard to get the Moomin characters to the other side of the tunnel.
Oh, it wasn't easy at all!
It just seemed impossible!
Sorry.................We decided to cheat a bit and CARRY some people through.
At least we found the quickest possible solution.
Building problems were great fun too! Thank you!
Then all Year2 students worked on Maths investigations sent from Turkey.
Then we chose our favourite and counted the points:
Why? Because
- it wasn't too easy
- we had to THINK
- we also learned some English
