“ORANGES SALAD WITH ENDIVE and CARROTS”

Our  oranges ,and in particulary  the red oranges  grow up all around Paternò, are famous in Italy  because  full of vitamin C and antioxidant elements .All the Paternò’s economy  in the past was around the oranges. So it’s  normal to cook with this fruit here. In many recipes you can find  oranges: meat, cakes…and salad. So, our kindergarden’ s pupils wanted show you a simple recipe, not so usual and famous as other our recipes, because in this period  they do a  cooking  laboratory about the oranges, simply but funny.
